Before a photoshoot it can be best to meet up to discuss the look you would like to create, as this saves time on the day. Bring along photos from magazines that have the poses and lighting styles that you like.
(if you cannot meet up - discuss on phone or via e-mail)

Accessorising a photo shoot is a way to introduce variety into your studio photos. So you could bring along : a hat, sunglasses, jewellery, a musical instrument or items that go with the look you want to create.

Ensure you bring along 3-4 outfits to suit the image you are trying to create.

IDEAS : Fashion - retro Glam - swim wear - gothic - casual - business - party, the list goes on.

Be creative with your ideas and outfits but keep it simple...
